In the hydraulic excavator, the hydraulic pump is also the most faulty component. Once the hydraulic pump fails, it will immediately affect the normal operation of the hydraulic system of the excavator, and even fail to work. So what are the common faults of the hydraulic pump?

First, the common gear pump failure is caused by the wear of the inner friction. The three most important parameters for excavator maintenance are: operating weight (mass), engine power and bucket capacity. The first hydraulic excavator was successfully invented by the Poclain factory in France. Due to the application of hydraulic technology, in the 1940s, there was a ground-mounted excavator equipped with a hydraulic backhoe on a tractor. Excavator repair The original excavator was manual. It has been more than 130 years since its invention. During this period, it has experienced a gradual development process from steam-driven bucket rotary excavators to electric-driven and internal combustion engine-driven rotary excavators, and fully automatic hydraulic excavators using electromechanical-hydraulic integration technology. The normal wear of the radial clearance and axial clearance (i.e. the cross-section of the clearance) increases, the leakage of the internal gear pump increases, and the pump body hole or serious side plate cannot be repaired. In addition, the shaft seal is usually damaged.

Second, the vane pump is different from the gear pump. Its normal wear is small, and the life cycle of the parts enterprise is long. The main cause of the vane pump failure is oil contamination. This is because the moving pair of the vane pump is more precise. When the pollutants enter the economic friction pair, it is easy to cause some abnormal jamming or wear. In addition, the self-priming performance of the vane pump is not as good as that of the gear pump, especially the small-displacement vane pump. So whether the oil is clean and whether the oil suction can be smooth are two important issues that students need to pay special attention to during the operation of the vane pump.

Third, the weakness of the radial piston pump in structure and motion performance is the large radial force, poor self-priming ability, and high processing accuracy between the plunger and the plunger hole; the axial piston pump has high processing accuracy. Therefore, the plunger pump has higher requirements for oil cleanliness, that is, the plunger pump has higher requirements for filtration accuracy than the gear pump. The force and motion generated by the power unit are transmitted to the actuator (travel mechanism and working mechanism, etc.). Mechanical transmission is usually composed of transmission system, control and control, auxiliary system.
